Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Cyrus Bahrambegi
Cyrus Bahrambegi a driven high school junior with an ethnic background from Uzbekistan has a passion to give back to his community by gathering resources to help advance STEM and English learning to students in Uzbekistan. Moreover, he has a mission to establish a successful free English tutoring service to benefit tutors and those receiving the chance to advance their English language knowledge with the help of passionate tutors.

Deputy Director
Hang Owen
Hang Owen is a dedicated educator at H-B Woodlawn Secondary Program, where she serves as a Chemistry and AP Chemistry teacher and the Science Fair Coordinator. With a deep passion for the sciences, Hang inspires her students to explore the world of chemistry with curiosity and enthusiasm. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom, helping students master complex concepts while fostering a hands-on approach to learning through experiments and real-world applications.

Treasurer
Nekya Ball
Born and raised in Arlington, Nekya has worked for Arlington Public Schoolssince 2004 and has 2 children that are APS graduates as well. She currently serves as a CTE Business Teacher and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator at H-B Woodlawn Secondary Program where she’s been since 2013. Nekya has earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Legal Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Education.

Secretary
Maria Davis
For over 15 years, Maria taught and cared for students with special needs. Now pursuing her Master's in literacy, Maria strives to empower youth. When not studying, Maria enjoys time with her family and dogs in Arlington, Virginia. An active member of Calvary United Methodist Church, she finds balance through running, reading, music and Broadway plays.

​My name is Anujin, and I am a senior at Wakefield High School. Currently, I am interested in majoring in Political Science or English and possibly minoring in French. I love reading, especially books from 19th-century England, and I also love listening to and playing music.
